location of the hotel (attractions and shops are within walking distance), spacious room, balcony views are great!, delicious and varied breakfasts, staff is very friendly and helpful.

Worth for money. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Walking distance to the town & tram station. Convenient. Clean & well-decorated room. Helpful staff.
Staff was quite unpleasant & unfriendly upon checking out as I was 1hour late. Checking out at 12pm instead of 11am. Albeit partly my fault, still I am a customer & she should not lose her cool. This has been the only hesitation of my wonderful stay in Clement Prague.

Pleasant Stay with Room for Improvement
We enjoyed our stay, especially the friendly staff who offered helpful tips for exploring the area. Breakfast featured a good selection of fresh fruits and pastries. For future guests, consider trying nearby local restaurants for an authentic taste of Czech cuisine. The room was comfortable.

Near one of the main squares .... but far enough away to be very quiet. Comfortable and well-furnished room with facilities expected of 4 star hotel. Friendly and helpful staff who speak excellent English and advised re public transport. Free wi-fi.....very important to me!!! Would definitely be happy to stay there again.
